FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: May 1, 2025

WASHINGTON–The Zionist Rabbinic Coalition, the only diverse, non-partisan, independent network of over 1,000 rabbis and rabbinical students from all denominational movements in North America, condemns the violent attack at Beit Samueli synagogue in Ra’anana. An attack on one synagogue is an attack on all synagogues. We must not allow extreme violence and views to scare people away from their houses of worship.

While our members may differ in practice and theology, we are united in our belief that every house of worship must be a place of safety. We call upon our communities to reject violence, resist extremism, and reinforce our shared Jewish values of compassion, community and
respect.
